Barb provides presentations to promote literacy

Barb, an author, uses her children's picture book as a way to motivate readers.
Barb has several ways to incorporate creative writing into her presentations. She also provides follow up presentations to help children learn to write their own stories.

In each setting, Barb works with the school to determine which approach is developmentally appropriate.
To help children focus on writing, Barb uses her "Fun Feline Photos" as writing prompts. This reduces some children's stress about drawing pictures.
It has become my absolute joy to share stories of my silly kitty to encourage children to become lifelong readers and learners!
